CollegeVaani's primary counseling and information services are provided FREE OF CHARGE. This refund policy applies only to premium services or any paid services that may be offered.

- Any other paid offerings on our platform
This policy does NOT apply to:
- Fees paid directly to educational institutions
- Third-party service charges
- Payments made to partner organizations
- Application fees paid to universities
2. Free Services
CollegeVaani provides the following services free of charge:
- College Discovery: Browse and search through our extensive database of colleges and universities
- Course Information: Access detailed information about various courses and programs
- Basic Counseling: Initial counseling and guidance from our education experts
- Inquiry Submission: Submit inquiries to colleges and receive information
- Educational Content: Access to blogs, articles, and educational resources
As these services are provided free of cost, no refund is applicable.
3. Eligibility for Refund
For paid services, you may be eligible for a refund if:
3.1 Service Not Delivered
- The paid service was not provided as described
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
- The service was cancelled by CollegeVaani
3.2 Within Cooling-Off Period
- Request made within 7 days of purchase for services not yet utilized
- No significant portion of the service has been consumed
3.3 Duplicate Payment
- You were charged multiple times for the same service
- Payment was processed in error
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- Service Already Rendered: If you have received and utilized the service
- Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind about the service after it has been provided
- Dissatisfaction with Results: If you are unhappy with outcomes that cannot be guaranteed (such as admission results)
- Third-Party Issues: Problems arising from third-party services or institutions
- Inaccurate Information: If you provided inaccurate information that affected the service
- Policy Violations: If you violated our Terms and Conditions
- After Reasonable Use: After substantial use of the paid service
- Promotional Offers: Services purchased under special promotions marked as non-refundable

7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered:

The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service and any applicable fees.

- Platform Wallet: Credit to CollegeVaani wallet (if applicable) for future use
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
9. Fees Paid to Institutions
Please note the following regarding payments to educational institutions:
- CollegeVaani is NOT responsible for fees paid directly to universities or colleges
- Refund of institutional fees is governed by the respective institution's policy
- We can assist in communication with institutions but cannot guarantee refunds from them
- Application fees to institutions are typically non-refundable
For institutional fee refunds, please contact the institution directly or refer to their refund policy.
10. Cancellation and Refund for Subscription Services
If CollegeVaani offers subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the current period
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions will be converted to monthly rates for the used period
11. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision:

- Include your original request, our response, and additional supporting information
- A senior member of our team will review your case within 5 business days
- The review decision will be final
12. Special Circumstances
CollegeVaani may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:

- Natural disasters affecting service delivery
