2. Cancellation of Inquiries

If you have submitted an inquiry through CollegeVaani and wish to cancel:

2.1 Before Processing

• You may cancel your inquiry at any time before it is forwarded to partner institutions
• Contact us immediately via email or phone to request cancellation
• Provide your name, contact details, and inquiry reference (if available)

2.2 After Processing

• Once your inquiry has been shared with institutions, complete cancellation may not be possible
• We can request institutions to remove your information, but we cannot guarantee compliance
• You may receive communications from institutions even after cancellation request

3. Cancellation of Counseling Sessions

For scheduled counseling sessions with our education experts:

3.1 Free Counseling Sessions

• 24+ hours before: Cancel anytime with no restrictions
• Less than 24 hours: Please inform us as a courtesy so we can accommodate other students
• Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions

3.2 Paid Counseling Sessions (if applicable)

• 48+ hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or free rescheduling (one-time)
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability
• No-show: Session will be marked as completed; no refund

3.3 How to Cancel

• Reach our helpline team through your counselor dashboard
• Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email (if provided)

4. Cancellation of Subscription Services

If CollegeVaani offers subscription-based premium services:

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You retain access until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds for the current month

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if not used
• After 7 days: Pro-rated refund may be available (minus processing fees)
• After 30 days: No refund; service continues until expiry

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

7. Cancellation by CollegeVaani

CollegeVaani reserves the right to cancel services in the following situations:

• Terms Violation: If you violate our Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent Activity: If fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• Inaccurate Information: If you provide false or misleading information
• Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue a particular service
• Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent service delivery

In case of cancellation by CollegeVaani for reasons not caused by the user, applicable refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

8. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Access to cancelled services will be terminated
• Any unused benefits or features will be forfeited
• You may continue using free services without interruption

If you wish to reinstate cancelled services:

CollegeVaani does not charge cancellation fees for:

• Free services and inquiries
• Counseling session cancellations made within the allowed timeframe
• Subscription cancellations at the end of billing period

12. Changes to This Policy

CollegeVaani may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The policy applicable to your cancellation will be the one in effect at the time of your request.
